Founding Member Application
The Pride was founded on a single observation: human progress is overwhelmingly the work of transfer. One person unlocks something for the next, who unlocks something for the next, and across generations, the chain builds everything we have. Individual genius is rare. Collective unlocking is the norm.
The Pride is built on this unlocking principle. There are four pillars that guide unlocking:
Directional. Unlocking flows from someone who has to someone who needs. The flow is asymmetric, and that is the point.
Active. Unlocking is something you do, not something you are. The Pride recognises members for the unlockings they actually perform.
Compounding. Each unlocking creates the conditions for the next. The system is designed to reinforce that loop.
Principle-led, not transactional. Unlocking is offered without expectation of immediate return.
